About Us

Step into the world of Pindhan,
a contemporary handloom label woven from the looms of Western Odisha, India.

Co-founded by Hemanand Meher and Girish Meher with a vision to blend timeless Indian craft with modern silhouettes, Pindhan isn’t just about what you wear; it’s about what you feel.

Our name, Pindhan, means to be dressed, but for us, it means to be wrapped in memory, movement, and meaning.

We work closely with local artisans of western Odisha to create handcrafted pieces from traditional fabrics like cotton, linen, jamdani, and naturally dyed handlooms. Every thread carries a story of heritage, patience, and human hands never mass-made, always soul-made.

Our collections are not confined to tradition, nor do they chase trends.
They are designed for the woman who wants to feel rooted yet bold, someone who moves from work to weddings, chai to concerts, without ever losing her self-expression.

At Pindhan, art meets utility. Our pieces are not costumes, they are companions.
We honor sustainable practices, work with small-batch production, and believe in conscious clothing that empowers both the wearer and the maker.

With every stitch, we hope to preserve dying crafts, uplift indigenous artisans, and make you feel like you’re not just wearing clothes,
you’re wearing a piece of art.

✨ Come, wrap yourself in story.

Come, wear Pindhan.
